If I called the agency and my usual contact wasn’t there, their colleagues knew who I was and which job I was calling about, they all keep each other informed of who they are dealing with so you don’t have to start from scratch explaining any details.

They kept me informed of progress the whole way through, offered interview tips, and even messaged to wish me luck on the day of the interview and also my first day (I’m happy to report I did get my perfect job!).
