My order has not yet been shipped in over a week. When I contacted them, no one got back to me regarding my order or my concerns, I just received a generic message stating that they will get back to me tomorrow, which to me relates just poor customer service. And, obviously, nobody did get back to me the next day, so I sent them another e-mail and am still waiting for them to ship the item or at least let me know, when the item will be shipped. Overall, lack of customer service once you have already paid for your item and the shipping of it...

I had been looking for a particular pair of glasses and stumbled across Judge Opticians (Send Optics) on the internet. Driven in part by their competitive prices and decent website, I bought a pair online and took delivery of them very quickly and efficiently a couple of days later. The glasses were brilliant but unfortunately didn't really suit me so I decided to pay them a visit in the shop that weekend. I was met and helped by a very helpful gentleman, Simon, who was very knowledgable and helped me choose an alternative pair.
