"Easy way to consume fluids, mct’s and polyphenols"

I have been drinking this product for about 3 months as part of an effort to make sure I am consuming enough good nutrients on a self directed calorie restricted diet of 1000 calories a day. The taste is very pleasant, although a little too sweet for me. I wish there were less stevia in it. I have tried two flavors- a berry one, and a lemonade one. I prefer the lemonade over the berry, but both are good.

I have had diarrhoea every day since using these bloody tablets. And excess wind. Don't know what is in them but they are causing terrible cramps as well. I stopped taking them for a week and it stopped. So I tried again and it is all back again. Can I please get a refund because I need to throw these in the bin. I bought 6 months worth and there is no way I want to feel like this for 6 months. It is destroying my gut. I can feel the tenderness and irritability inside. I was on athletic greens before and felt great. I only changed because I thought the capsule version would be better. But these are toxic to me.
