I can strongly recommend Sam. He did a serious good job at my Home today.

"The worst customer service ever"

This was some of the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced.

We emailed the company many weeks ago trying to understand the difference between services they offered. For weeks, we received no replies to our questions over email leading up to our cleaning. Great start.

Finally, we scheduled an appointment. We were told we would have a cleaner at our apartment between 12 and 13 on Friday, May 13. At 13:15, there was no cleaner. We called the customer service, and the first words out of the worker’s mouth was: “it’s not my fault! I have done everything right on my end, and this is entirely the cleaner’s fault.” Mistake number one. As a customer service agent, you should always take responsibility! It does no good to blame someone else. As a cleaning company, your cleaner showing up for an appointment IS your responsibility. So, if the cleaner has not been informed of the cleaning or has not confirmed the appointment, that IS your fault. It’s your responsibility to the customer to ensure that your workers show up for work.

At this point, the customer service agent said he would try to find someone else to do the job. One hour passes, he calls back, he says no one can do the job. He asks if we can reschedule to another day. We explain that we need the cleaning to be done today as we have guests arriving tomorrow. He says he will try to find someone else, and he will call us back. He doesn’t. An hour and a half passes. We have to call back the company literally five times (calling once every five minutes) to finally get a hold of the agent.

We ask why he didn’t call us back with an update. He said he didn’t want to give us bad news. We said that bad news was better than no news, as we had just been waiting around, not sure if cleaners were coming or not. The customer service worker offers us one hour of free cleaning, as an apology. We ask if he thinks this is enough to make up for the fact that our entire day has been wasted waiting around at home for the cleaner that has never come. The customer service agent says, “yes it is enough.” We disagree. He starts whining and says what else could he do? And complaining that it wasn’t his fault. When we tell him that this was the worst customer service we had experienced, he said we were the worst customers he’d ever had. Wow! So unprofessional. He did nothing to solve our problem or to try to keep us as a customer, and he expected us to be happy with his solution?

It’s safe to say we will never be using this cleaning service again. If you want dependable service with competent employees who can handle responsibility, look elsewhere. You won’t find it here.

Had Sam Miguel out in my house for a thourough clean today. Prices were super fair, and the work flawless. Sam was professional and very serviceminded. Would very much recommend :-)

Jeg har haft fornøjelsen af en 4 timers hovedrengøring fra Sam. Han er yderst høflig, grundig og bare dygtig til sit arbejde.
