"This spa is a hidden gem"

This spa is a hidden gem. I loved it! Me and my bestie went for a massage, used the pool and the spa facilities. We were greeted at reception and taken to the spa. All of the staff are warm and friendly. The massage was amazing, the only thing is that it wasn't long enough but that just means that I have to come again!
It has clean with modern facilities. Thank you for a lovely day.😊

We had a last minute booking to Luenire in our last day in Birmingham and the lady who talked to me on the phone is very helpful. The massage and the facial was great. We didn't get the name of the girls who massage us but they are the best. When you stayed in Park Regis in Birmingham you should check them out. Price is reasonable and they are really good. From the reception to the girls who massage you they are very nice and friendly.

I had the most blissful experience at Luinere spa. A group of us went for my hen do and it was every bride- to- bes needed reprieve from wedding planning. We had the package which included afternoon tea and it was lovely. The decor was unique and the experience all together was tranquil. The staff were so friendly and the ambience was great. I had the combo massage which included a facical and body massage it was impeccable. The therapist Samra was so knowledgeable. Best massage ever, I’ve already booked in my next visit!

Had a lovely time at Luenire Spa situated within Park Regis Hotel, Birmingham. Was given a welcoming glass of juice on arrival, then an hour of massage on heated massage bed. Super full body and head massage. After put on robe and slippers and sat in relaxation area with a flute of fizz. There was no pressure to move on. When l was ready went into private changing room to get ready to join reality again. Hope to return soon.

Had an amazing experience at Luenire. I had a deep tissue treatment with Lilly and she was amazing. Great healing touch and perfect pressure for a big muscled guy like me. People there are so attentive and hold space for you. Sabrina the manager was extremely friendly and lovely to deal with. Great team. Thank you for an amazing experience. Had the BEST spa experience with Luniere at Park Regis in Birmingham today. It was a treat for me and my friend. This has got to be the best spa I’ve been to! On arrival, we were greeted and got changed into robes and slippers. We were given some juices and then we got to relax in the relaxation area with complimentary herbal teas! The 55 minute full body massage was amazing! Exactly what we both needed and the masseuse knew exactly where to apply the correct pressures! After, they gave us a glass of wine each. We felt super relaxed and it was such a lovely environment. I’ve been to a spa in London before and we didn’t get this treatment for the amazing price we paid! Will be returning! Thank you to the amazing staff for making it special
