First time patient today and I had a great experience with Dr. Joseph Thomas.
Was able to get antibiotics sent in to my local CVS Pharmacy.
Love the flat rate, (saved me $100 and a visit to a walk in clinic today), the appointment promptness, as well as the convenience of not leaving my home.
Will definitely use your services again.

"Very Imprepressed!"

I'm VERY impressed for two specific reasons....
1. I had accidentally scheduled my appointment for a week out. I received a text from their customer service telling me they noticed I had scheduled a week out and did I mean to do that? WOW! Great service - I was immediately able to go back in and change it for same day appt.
2. My Dr was incredibly helpful. Not only did she provide an Rx to help with my situation, but she offered several alternatives to help with pain management and swelling reduction, etc...

Thanks for great service! I hope to not have to use your service in the future (health is preferred - ha) but if I do need an e-visit in the future, I'll definitely be using (and recommending) Drsays.

"Great experience"

Great experience, quick and painless. As a working mom i don’t have time to be sick or wait at a dr. office for hours. The dr listened to my concerns and she shared her treatment plan and sent me on my way. I will definitely be back.

I never comment online, but I must this time. DrSays provides great affordable service. I am a foreigner and have no insurance. After talking to the doctor, she prescribed the medication I needed for my high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I greatly appreciate her help. The whole process was fast and easy. I don't have to wait weeks to see a doctor, pay hundreds of dollars, and be surrounded by germs and viruses in a clinic.

"Easy"

Dr. Maze was excellent. I knew what was wrong with me and certain medications arent available over the counter. Short easy conversation and got to pick up my prescription in an hour. Cheaper than going to a clinic and less time consuming. Win Win. Thank you!!!!

"I had a tooth infection"

I had a tooth infection, and one morning it got real bad.
I couldn't get to see my doctor in time so I tried drsays.
I am glad I did, I paid 35 dollars for a doctor to call me back, told them my symptoms and sent a couple pictures.
Dr. Iqbal called me when they said he would and he gave me a prescription for amoxicillin that he called in to the meijer pharmacy and the prescription was free.
Drsays is great, they did exactly what they said they would do!

Extremely helpful service, very professional physician, friendly, easy to navigate and highly recommended. Email and phone support are very responsive and prompt. 5 STARS - will use again. Veteran and uninsured recommended.

"Dr Maze"

Dr. Maze was very helpful. She read/heard my symptoms and was able to send over a prescription for an antibiotic within the hour. This service is MUCH better than paying $150 upfront at a 9-9 clinic. They even discounted my prescription! I am so happy I found DrSays

"This was unpleasant"

This was unpleasant. Dr. Maze seemed thoroughly irritated from the minute she called, she was unprepared, and had not read what I had described in the symptoms. When I asked he about the medication she was going to give me, she told me I could just choose not to take it instead of responding to my legitimate concern. I would only recommend this if your other option is no healthcare at all. Be prepared to feel unwelcome.
