"Incorrect goods supplied."

Original order for PERT piping arrived on time BUT the pipe supplied was the wrong size - their mistake. It took twice as long to provide the correct pipe than the initial order and, as a result, it was touch and go whether the deadline for installation would be met. On the positive side the cost of couriering the incorrect pipe back to UFH Express was refunded very quickly.
