They tried to correct it which was nice of them to try. Other company's say that's all they can do. They offered refund if I did not like it. I keep them for the price was not bad. I ordered this mug as a gift and the receiver is very pleased. I only wish the mug came in a solid black or other color choices. The personalization came out very nicely. That was the main reason that I made the purchase, Offer more color choices in the mug and you have a genuine winner.
