BullionVault provides a great service at a reasonable rate. The only slightly negative experience I have had in three years was a recent miscommunication between BullionVault and my linked bank. (The bank failed to provide information BullionVault expected but, as far as I can tell, the required information was not specified by BullionVault.)

Opening the trading account, was straight forward and transfer of initial, funds, to deal, took, me less than 15 minutes. Made a few small purchases and a sale, to familiarise myself, with the order board. Confirmation emails were quickly received for every activity. Validation procedure and document submission, has now been completed, which is a bit tedious, but, hopefully this will be as efficiently handled, as the initial registration. Up to now, very happy.
