Today I have completed my journey. Both upper and lower jaw .
Started out in October 2023 and finished April 2024.
I’m extremely pleased with my new teeth and smile.
Throughout my journey ALL staff have been professional , friendly and polite. Especially Calum who is always happy to chat and put you at ease while your waiting for your appointment.

Started my journey with dentaprime a while back, teeth out sinus lift, 4 bone augmentation, then full mouth restoration, had some teeth missing for years and had to wait for my bone to grow around the augmentation for solid foundation. I've found dentaprime to be extremely professional, state of art premises , wonderful staff, but the main thing for me , they was only satisfied for me to leave when I was 100% satisfied and happy with the results , so anyone thinking of going on a journey as long as mine over a year with quite a few appointments, just go for it. I'm glad I never went abroad, its cheaper but dentaprime is in the uk with uk practice regulations. The thing is I know if anything was to go wrong 'which it hasnt' they only a few miles away, ive never left a review, my work was finished last year and is spot on, thanks to everyone who took care of me.

"EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE "

Had my first appointment and I thought what an amazing place but unfortunately that didn’t last long! I tried for a week afterward to book and pay for my procedure but after calling numerous times and waiting 22 min per call I kept getting their voicemail and never got a reply! Same with WhatsApp and emails! I gave up in the end! 1 star!
