Chyběli mi informace. Nedostatečné informace byly hlavně:
- potvrzení plateb - chodily mi upomínky, ač jsem již dávno zaplatil
- Crew list - chodily mi upomínky, ač jsem již měl potvrzení o zadání crew listu, nakonec v charteru crew list nebyl a musel jsem ho znovu vyplnit na místě.
- Chyběli informace o maríně, charteru.

Vaše služby vnímám jako velmi zhoršující se kvalitativně. Zvažuji změnu dodavatele.

The most expensive and faulty ship (3 years old - broken fenders, ripped bumpers ... we were ashamed to use it), which we have rented for the last 20 years. With Le Boat never again. Due to repairs, we could not use the ship 1 all day and another half day to sail. No apology in the shipyard, no compensation .... From the 4th day we had to open the engine compartment every day and clean the filters !!! Sometimes twice a day!
At the upper rudder, oil flowed on the floor for 9 days - the mechanic told us that it is okay to wipe it off .... not to mention a non-functional shower and air conditioning ...

Jediné co bych upravila jsou obecné hlášky, které nás jako začátečníka mátly. jednou to byla výzva k úhradě druhé části platby, která ale už byla zaplacena a podruhé výzva k doložení kapitánského průkazu, který jsme ale nemuseli mít. Vše se vyřešilo, ale je to zbytečný stres a zátěž na obou stranách. Jinak vše klaplo na jedničku a určitě vyrazíme znovu.
