A very positive experience. Quote arrived promptly and work started with four weeks. The guys worked very hard and paid close attention detail. The fence line dead straight with equal steps. Quality materials used and clearing up was impeccable. They went above & beyond to give us a really great job. Would definitely use again.

First class and extremely professional. Worcestershire fencing supplied the materials and installed a 5-bar gate and fencing. Brad came to our home to quote for the work, he was very friendly and professional and took the time to explain things in detail. From there we received a reasonable quotation and arranged for the work to be done. The guys doing the work were extremely helpful, very experienced, did a first-class job with the fitting and the materials supplied are good quality. I will not hesitate to use again and can highly recommend Worcestershire fencing for a first class job at a competitive rate.

My wife and I have recently moved to Malvern and one of our first tasks was to replace the existing fencing in our back garden. However, we didn’t know of any reputable fencing contractors, so we consulted Trustpilot and were very impressed with the reviews we read for Worcestershire Fencing.

I telephoned and spoke to Cam, who was very helpful and he arranged for Brad to undertake a site survey to discuss our requirements. Not only was Brad able to advise on our fencing requirements, but also suggested that they could move our shed and build a new base, remove 2 small trees and their stumps and re-lay areas of our lawn, which we hadn’t even appreciated they could do. We were also impressed at how helpful they were with suggestions of local garden centres and a hedging firm.

We received 2 very detailed quotations, one for the replacement fencing and one for all the additional works. It was impressive that within the quotations they stated their philosophy of using local suppliers, were fully licenced for waste removal and how they recycled this locally.

It was a 5 day job and Jez and James excelled. They were very personable and polite, more than happy to answer any queries and they fully explained what they were doing at each stage of the process. Even when challenges presented themselves and we needed tweaks to what had been agreed they undertook each task promptly and arranged additional items via Cam in the office, so that everything ran like clockwork. Their working practices were very good – all waste was removed and our garden was left very tidy.

Their willingness to help, even after they had finished all of their work, was demonstrated a week later when, at short notice, they pulled out the stops to provide additional material for another contractor who was completing the security work on our garden.

We couldn’t be happier with every aspect of their work and have no hesitation in recommending Worcestershire Fencing to anyone who wants a thoroughly professional job undertaken.

"Top quality job from a professional team."

I'd definitely recommend this company. I contracted them to replace all 3 sides of my garden fence and to supply and fit a custom gate. They started when they said they would, and completed the work to a standard I'd expect from a professional outfit. The team doing the installation work were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, even when I asked for a couple of changes to be made - they just got on with it. I've gone cheap in the past with landscapers and had to re-do their shoddy work on more than one occasion. These guys aren't cheap but you get what you pay for.

I spoke with Brad initially about building a new fence. I wanted something different, contemporary and affordable. Brad did an excellent job in signposting me to the best product, in a very friendly pressure free manner.
Not long after the team visited and worked through the day (including torrential rain) to complete the job. The new fence (a durapost system) looks incredible; all our neighbours have paid very envious compliments!
Overall a seamless and pleasurable experience. So nice to pass work to a local company and in turn receive a 5 star service and product. I would very highly recommend Cam and his excellent team.
