I ordered a cake and flower delivery to surprise my husband on his birthday at his work place . I am living in France and I was scared of the final results. But I have to say that it’s definitely the best delivery service in Canada I use so far. The entire experience was absolutely amazing. We receive an email for every step of the process. "Took my money, items never shipped, company doesn't respond"

Placed an order in July, credit card was charged but it's 2.5 months later, and never received product. When I look up my order on their website it says it still hasn't shipped. I've emailed the company multiple times with zero response back. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I have no idea where the good reviews are coming from.
