Town Fair Tires in Topsham is one of the most impressive businesses I've dealt with in a long time. From the minute I walked in, Zach couldn't have been more helpful. He went out to my car, showed me the situation, then inside he explained my choices. He gave me the pros & cons of each, then when I brought my car in, he made sure that everything was perfect. While I was there, I asked for their advice about turning in my car or buying out the lease. Peter went out, crawled under the car, and checked everything...and I'd thought I was just there for tires!

Ordered rims and tires for sons car, they came in and winter of the Claremont nh town fair tire store informed us that they would need to mount 1 of the tires to new rims and make sure they fit because of no return I guess once mounted although they have in writing 30 day ride guarantee, anyway the appt that should’ve taken hr or 2 tops ended up being 4 hours,one reason is they had to travel to another town fair store to get correct lugs,and to have alignment afterwards.that being said as soon as we we’re taking car to few towns away noticed vibrations, like the wheels wanted to come off, so we got back to house I jacked the car up and put on stands and took all BRAND NEW WHEELS AND TIRES to different tire shop and had them put them all on balance machine,3 out of the 4 tire were off one was 3/4 once off another was 1 1/4 ounce off and the last was 1 and 3/4 ounces off, this is absolutely ridiculous and down right neglect and very unsafe,to the “tech” in the bay shame on them and this company before now at other locations have been great but not this Claremont nh location HUGE red flag, oh almost forgot the car pulled to the right after getting back, we just got it from the dealership with stock rims and tires and ran smooth and straight as an arrow like it’s supposed too. Just completely absurd!!!!

Had 4 wheel alignment done in Newton, MA shop. Customer service from Jake and Cory were great. Brought my car in at 8:00am, done before 9:00am. Courteous, prompt and professional! Kudos well deserved.

"TFT Walpole dissatisfaction"
Today, I called TFT in Walpole, MA and asked if they had time to check a slow leak in one of my wife's tires. The answering service told me they couldn't give me a wait time, but walk-ins are welcome. I drove 20 minutes to the location, arriving at 1:15 and they told me they could give me a 2:30 appt. I figured I could kill time and come back at 2:30. I arrived back at 2:25 and was told it may take 1 1/2 hours, but more than likely only 45 minutes, great. I went and had lunch, arriving back at 3:05 anticipating some progress, the vehicle had not been touched. I gave it it until 3:15, walked to the desk and asked when it might be looked at. The "manager" Steve told me that it should be soon, the tech is just getting back from lunch and will likely get right to it. I wasn't overly encouraged with Steve's response, so I confirmed that nothing had been done and no charges were incurred and said "forget it, I have to go". I had wasted 2 valuable hours of my Saturday thinking I might get good service-WRONG. The kicker was Steve's response, when I said "forget it, I have to go" Steve said "awesome", that's it, "awesome". I'm guessing that's not likely what Steve was trained to say in a situation like this, correct? Steve made no attempt to rectify the situation. Suffice it to say, I will use this first and last encounter at TFT as a reason to never waste my time at any of your locations ever again and I will encourage everyone I know to seek other, more customer oriented companies with their tire needs. Perhaps you can use this complaint to enlighten your future managers in their manager -in-training sessions.
