I've resurrected a three year old Bath Lift Belt, which needed a number of missing parts and despite the company's excellent and detailed accessory website, I still managed to order a new shell for the machine, thinking that it was a shower protection cover. Independent4life called me first thing the next day to talk through my order and quickly realised that I had ordered the wrong thing and they amended the order saving me £80, which they credited back to my card within the hour. I believe that this very positive and honourable approach will give other senior users, who may be nervous about dealing with a hither-to unknown firm, the confidence to trust in Independt4Life. Great quality and fitted well only problem was the seal was missing for the part that screws from the top through the tray so it was a good job I could use my existing seal.
