The whole team were extremely knowledgeable and friendly but I’d like to especially mention Andy who listened patiently and fitted the perfect boots. We will definitely use them again.

We had Andy as our fitter, he truly is excellent (he also helped get our two boys sorted before Christmas and hence why we went back again). We went in looking to upgrade the liners of a pair of boots for my wife. He walked us through all the option available to us, foot beds etc. In the end, my wife decided she did want a new pair of boots afterall. Some really good choices to choose from and in the end she choose a pair that fixed the problem of a lifting heel.
