I paid $10 to courier a $20 item and it took them a week to send it. Not the best. Product good when it did arrive.

Excellent customer service. Ordered a water heater at a very competitive price. Delivery was very prompt and item arrived in good condition. Unfortunately, the item was returned because the plumber confirmed that my existing unit is still in good working condition. Alex and Dale have been most accommodating in helping me to return the item and arranging for the prompt refund without hassle. I would strongly recommend potential buyers to purchase from G-Store.

1. The online chat explained a lot of my queries. The written responses allowed me to read each response carefully to really understand it (which wasn't possible on a phone call). And I could go back to read again and seek further clarification.
2. It would have been even better if the online advisor had prompted me for a few other considerations like a) whether I buy for a new build or a replacement of the same or different as this has implication on the piping considerations; b) the location of installation and inherent issues to consider; c) what have to be done to get the best value from the infinity unit (I read too many bad reviews about not getting hot water from the infinity heaters).
3. The packing of the unit for shipping could be improved. It arrived with missing packing strap and loose box cover. Although my visual inspection did not discover any damage, I was still not 100% sure.
It would have been better if the seller had run a few round of cloth tape on the box to secure the packing.
4. The loose accessories inside could have been taped to the protective foam or somewhere so that they would not dropped out onto the floor while unpacking. [being careful is always he best approach for shipment of heavy goods and loose fragile items.
5. The price was better than if I were to buy one from a local dealer.
6. Overall, I believe my shopping experience could have been better.
