"Whilst the product was fine"

Whilst the product was fine, had all sorts of issues with the delivery. The panels were delivered however the clips were not sent, on advising the clips weren't sent there was an apology and advice the clips were resent however two weeks later still no clips. Whilst there were apparently issues with the courier, issue could have been avoided had they been sent in the first place. Also I had to follow up on the clips as opposed to being asked if it was resolved. Ultimately we missed completing our job when we were meant to which caused a lot of juggling in future weeks.

G-Store website, ordering and notification process was all fast and painless. G-Store staff were nice to deal with. Allied Express were the weak link, G-Store staff had challenges getting any information from them on my shipment. Many phone calls later it arrived just a few days late - but the problem was no visibility to what was happening with the shipment (which apparently sat at the Allied depot for around 4-5 business days
