"Excellent Course Content on PMO"

I believe the course content is very relevant to industry practices on the PMO. The PMO certification is very much needed to give me a standing among the PMO Community. Also GSDC is very flexible they extended my time for doing the exam by two months for which I am very grateful to them

Enjoyed while learning from the "Generative AI in Project Management" masterclass session. I was able to determine areas of my role where there is an opportunity for generative AI. I was informed of the list of tools that can be used for every role.

As we harness the power of Generative AI, ethical questions arise. Transparency, bias mitigation, and accountability become paramount. Striking a balance between innovation and responsibility is our collective challenge. I become more aware and learn how to more maximize AI.

The highlight of this course was the live learning sessions with Deepak Sharma.

The recorded videos were difficult to understand, as the female spoke rapidly with poor english and closed captioning was not offered. In addition, there was one Powerpoint slide per video that did not cover all the information provided.

The alternative I was offered was a Guide, which includes very helpful information. There are typos and some gender bias. If this is intended to compliment the live sessions with Deepak, my recommendation would be to collaborate with him and enhance that guide significantly. Make it relevant to his sessions and the final exam. Also to include closed captioning in videos.

The Capstone Project is identified as a component of this Certification. This was not addressed in my experience of the course. If this is no longer active, I recommend removing it.

I learned very late in the course that I had outdated content in the LMS and am very grateful to Deepak for his guidance and providing updated material so I could complete the final exam within the set timeframe. I look forward to reviewing the Expert Talk Series.

The main result of taking this course is enhanced skill in curating effective learning experiences and partnering with stakeholders impacted by those trainings.
