"Poorest experience from a 3rd party lender. "

I always had an excellent impression of Cash Money. However, after my last interaction with them, to me, Cash Money is now done.

I have been a loyal customer of Cash Money for the past few years. I have never missed a payment. I have always, always, always paid everything on time because of the good service as of today I always had.

Yesterday, I paid my loan in full and wanted to re-loan, just as I had always done. I had never had any problems. However, I was declined. I went to the nearest branch, but their system was down. I called Customer Service, and they couldn’t explain why I was declined. However, they sent me a link to verify my income and guaranteed that my next application would be approved, as there was no reason for it to be denied.

The next day, I applied again and was declined again. I called Customer Service, and the person who answered— a woman—was so rude and so poorly trained that all she knew what to say was, “I’m sorry, I don’t know,” “I’m sorry, I don’t know,” “Go to a branch,” “I’m sorry, I don’t know.” She had no idea what she was doing.

Nowadays, financial institutions, whether third-party loan providers or banks, are highly competitive. There are thousands of alternatives like Money Mart, Pay 2 today, iCash, etc., where people can go when needed. I had been a loyal customer because I had always had a good experience.

There are many other options where I have never had any issues either. It is truly sad that they treat loyal customers this way. I understand that some customers might have problems, but for a customer who has been 100% loyal and frequent to be treated like this?
