"Ho soggiornato presso il camping Bjela Uvala"

Ho soggiornato presso il camping Bijela Uvala in Croazia, il servizio offerto è stato di ottimo livello, velocissimi nella conferma della prenotazione. Il giorno prima della partenza sono stato contattato tramite whatsapp dal referente presso il campeggio per sapere l’orario di arrivo e durante la vacanza sono sempre stati molto disponibili. La Mobil home rispecchiava esattamente quanto illustrato al momento della prenotazione, e la pulizia più che soddisfacente. Bello il camping, molto grande, con 3 piscine, ristorante, diversi punti di ristoro e supermercati. Sicuramente utilizzerò ancora i servizi di all camps.

They told me that I made the mistake of reserving a house where dogs where not allowed (very strange in a pet friendly camping🤔); but maybe…
Indeed my biggest mistake has been checking in with my dog with me!!!
The check in has been the one and only moment in which I’ve met the Roan personnel: they didn’t accompany us at the house (there are about 1000 in the camping…); there wasn’t any kind of control and service in the Roan area (we were the only guest in that Roan area); at check out no one was at the desk… I called the number indicated there and… no answer…🤷‍♂️ 5 minutes later they called me back telling me to leave the keys on the desk…
At a glance: if I would have left my dog waiting for the check in in my car, I would have saved 150€😂😂😂.
The only “funny” thing of this story is the fake receipt I’ve received from Roan for the payment of the 150€; unfortunately I can’t attach it to the feedback, but I’m more than happy to do it upon request.
Moreover, the lady told me that they can accept “cash payments only! No electronic payments!”. When I let her notice that in Italy you MUST BY LAW, the kind and cooperative Director of the Camping (a different Company by Roan) offered his POS to get the payment… at the end of the story, Roan will get the cash from the owner of the structure and they will pay taxes on the 150€…🤷‍♂️
