I messaged them and asked them to expedite my delivery due to a tight deadline and they managed to give me a quick turn around whilst constantly keeping me updated. When I needed to resize the ring I bought, they made the process incredibly simple and sent the ring back to my address. The whole process was so incredibly simple and the customer service the best I have seen at any company. The ring was beautiful and looked exactly like the website.
