I have just attended Tanya’s 5-day free workshop on Losing Weight in Perimenopause. I found it very informative but not overwhelming as the information was broken down into doable steps. After applying them straight away my sleep improved dramatically and I lost over 1kg by the end of the 5 days. Tanya brings in great energy and her own experience to the mix.
