"Exceptional Customer Experience"

We are a startup company and we reached out to Digip for help with trademark protection for our brand, and Ting Huang was assigned as our account manager. Right from our initial meetings, we noticed how knowledgeable Ting was in terms of explaining how Trademark and Registration processes work; pricing structures; trademark options available; timelines; and recommendations on way forward.

We met with a few agencies prior to Digip, but following our meeting with Ting, we were convinced of moving forward with this company.

As with any start up company, we have to work on multiple deliverables at the same time, and were grateful that we could work with Ting who handled the Trademark registration process for us. All we needed to do was exchange a few emails and a couple of calls and we were able to get get our application filed and approved.

I notice also that a couple of the reviews below mention about the auto renewal, and that users were caught unaware of the recurring billing. During my conversations with Ting at the onboarding meeting, she has made me aware that should I wish to discontinue the services next year, to give a 30 day notice. This was greatly appreciated and highlighted the transparency from the company, so it looks as though the company is good with taking on board feedback.

I cannot thank Ting highly enough for her dedication and help, and can honestly say, were it not for her, we wouldn’t have gone ahead with Digip. To us, she was the face of the company.

Thank you for all your help and hard work, you have been a pleasure to work with.

"These guys are the best"

These guys are the best, really make getting a trademark and pleasant and seamless experience and if they're any issues they'll do their best to rectify then and get you that perfect trademark. Truely appreciate their work and would definitely recommend to all. Shout out to Ting and Sofie especially. Thanks again guys

"Set a reminder regarding subscription renewals"

There is a clause in their T&Cs that states you must give 30 days notice if you wish to cancel before the subscription is due to renew. This is not pointed out directly to you, even when they send an email out only 7 days before the renewal; asking if you wish to renew or cancel.

I pointed this issue out to them and was happy with the customer service that I received to remedy it.

Regarding what I originally used their services for:
They were super helpful when setting up my Trademark and regularly informed me of any potential infringements of it. So they definitely provided the service they offer well.

"Good service by BUYUER BEWARE"

Firstly - in the year that I have worked with them, the service was fine.

HOWEVER - BE AWARE - when you use the service you are signed up for an ANNUAL AUTO RENEWING monitoring service. Be sure to mark the date in your diary because renewal reminders go out 2 WEEKS before the annual renewal - even though the company has a 90 day cancellation policy for the service. Which basically means you have to remember to cancel it 3 months in advance because the reminder they give you is too late for you to do anything about. When I pointed this out, I was kindly told sorry, but those are the Ts and Cs.

So presently - I have a €200 bill for a trademark I don't need, for a company I don't have, in a country I no longer operate in because my request to cancel the service in response to the billing reminder, did not meet the 90 day policy in the Ts and Cs I was given A YEAR AGO.

If you want a long term relationship with the company, this isn't a problem, but if you are a little guy getting started and not sure how its all going to work out - your setting yourself to get a nasty little bill in a years time.

I highly recommend DIGIP to anyone requiring EU trademark filings. The process from A-Z was a lot easier and faster than I thought it'd be and their friendly guidance along the way was invaluable.
