Some staff are slow at completing time sensitive work, they are rude and disrespectful. They dont answer critical phone calls, voicemails for staff phones is not set up fully so when you get their voicemail its sounds like they not bothered by it not being set up and like to sound unprofessional.
My so called 'go to person' keeps changing with no communication to me that it has changed and I need to call a different number to get in contact with the correct person.
When I do talk to the first 'go to person' they say sorry I'm not doing that anymore I will send message to the other person who is doing it but will not tell me who the other one is.
They also have not requested my consent for the random new people to have access to my sensitive/private data.
They are very good at being dictators & controlling over the services and supports they will allow or not allow you to use.
