Lovely shop with great range of plants - visited beforehand but wanted to give a birthday surprise gift so decided to look into delivery later in month. Really helpful member of staff on phone who advised on availability of plant i was hoping to purchase - bought an e-gift card which will be well used!

I found the plant of my dreams (Monstera Thai Constellation) for a reasonable price. The shop was prompt with shipping and the plant was very well packaged. It's a good sized plant and none of the leaves were damaged. The newest leaf was a bit stressed (normal thing to occur) but it bounced back within a few days. I'm in love! Thank you for making my dream come true.

I visited the store, however, it was closed. So I emailed to ask when they would next be open and they got back to me very quickly! They said they were closed because of an emergency but I really appreciated that they then offered to deliver to me due to my busy schedule:) Great customer service and my plant looks so healthy and beautiful!

Cant praise them enough. Apart from the fact that their houseplants are of the finest quality (I am a professional horticulturalist) the customer service was second to none. I bought a plant online for my daughters birthday who is at University in Exeter. The halls address didn't work at the checkout so I emailed them, not expecting to hear back for a few days, Rob emailed me back within 10 minutes (and this was 8.30pm) and after 2 or 3 exchanged emails extending until 9.30pm the transaction was completed and the plant was delivered 2 days later in time for her birthday and she loved the plant which was top quality, great value and in excellent condition. I'm so pleased, you don't get service like this just anywhere, as a small business owner myself I know that they really have gone the extra mile to sort things out for me.
