Could you confirm the nicotine strength in your order for us today?
30mg feels like smoking two or more packs of cigarettes a day.

If you do not smoke this much we would suggest lowering the strength to either 12 or 18mg, or somewhere in between.
Please let us know ASAP and we will ship your order.

Also, the Max VG juice may not work very well in the Inno Battery and EVOD clearomizer you are also purchasing.
We would recommend switching to 50/50 of thinner for this device.
Please let us know how you would like to proceed and we will do so hastily.

You alleviated any possibility of negativity that may have arose towards to Canada E-Juice due to error and lack of product knowledge solely on my part.

12 mg Nicotine and 50/50 VGPG as you recommend is fine.

I sincerely appreciating your having held the Order from shipping.

If I had received the 30 mg Nicotine and MAX Vg... I assume that the coils would Choke-up and Clog. Which would be Disappointing !!

** Adding to that.. I would take it one step further.....I would assume it
was a Coil Burner Problem and replace the burner and be Discouraged by the repeat effect. . 2 Coils Wasted $ 5.00

Then Distressed I would have contacted and informed you ...

"The E-Liquid I received in Order # 148498 is like Molasses, Was it possibly damaged by Heat as it so thick ?? -or- Did it come over with Columbus on the MayFlower as its past its Prime as far as workability is concerned." (*** As I was NOT aware that MAX VG was THICK as GRAVY and Does not Wick properly..My Assumption would be that it was OLD !! My basic E-Liquid Education is all E-Liquids were the same viscosity and consistency with differing Nicotine Content.)

I know you would have pacify'd and placated Me by acceding to my situation .... Satisfying me as far as receiving a usable product as replacement. (* The Product suitable for my Device as you (ERIC) so kindly brought to my attention)

BUT still !! I would have always had in the back of my mind to carefully screen my items from Canada E-Juice to ensure Freshness as possibility exists of another Stale (OCD)Out-code-date reject may be shrug off, slough (off) also sluff (off) if unchallenged. ***** Which would have been a complete misconception and judgemental error on part as this was entirely a fault on my part. As once again I did not know MaxVG was Thick as Gravy*****
