"What a great company"

What a great company, the building of my orangery was monitored by them every step of the way and any slight grievances were immediately sorted. I have cause for them to return to deal with a minor issue and once again received their immediate attention, even though I live approx 50 miles from their base. They can be trusted, which is very rare these days.

"Poor service, failed to keep appointment, or contact re delay."

We made an appointment for a sales person to call and give a quote for double glazing the house ,to arrive at 10 am this morning.
A man called last night and confirmed they were expected, repeating the time, and confirming the appointment.
No one turned up, we went out at 10.30,having waited long enough. No phone call received explaining any delay.
If that is the attitude when they are selling, then clearly they cannot be trusted in installation and after sales service

"Worst experience ever"

Worst experience ever. Don't waste your time and money!!!! Signed contract in June (2017) explained that work will be done within 4-6 weeks, but with poor bulding quality, wrong brick colour and struggle to level our floor they finished Conservatory in November. Thanks for help - Hull flooring company otherwise it would be finished even later.
