I was in quite a bit of a bind after letting my passport expire. I was making phone calls to every person and place I could think of for help. That's when I found Expedited Passports & Visas. It was Wednesday morning and I was scheduled to fly out Saturday morning....yikes! Bridgette was amazing. She was patient, professional, and kind. She was also realistic and straight forward.
