Where to start!

Faultless from the point Helen first came in to the shop to when the epos was deliver and installed and the after service.

Helen was in the area and popped in to chat and left me with all their details and invited me to their showroom in MK. When I visited Nick had already see a demo up and talked me through everything. It was brilliant, I didn't really need any convincing and went ahead and ordered. The epos arrived early and was up and running in no time, its been a great addition to my shop having only ran a very basic, standard system.

It didn't stop there, if I need something adding or changing or new till rolls its one e-mail and its actioned. This is the kind of service you need, you don't have to speak to multiple people or wait long times to get things sorted, they care about their customers. I haven't really looked around at other prices but even if there was a cheaper option I would stick with ASG due to the service they've provided, you don't get that with the big companies, its all phone calls and no faces. Being able to meet people and get to speak to someone straight away is what its all about.

This is only the start of a long standing customer relationship, I will continue to recommend ASG to anyone who is looking for a new epos system.

I will thoroughly recommend ASG if you want a new POS system for your venue. Nick helped me to go through the system and explained everything to the staff during the training. System is easy to use and backoffice is really helpfull tool for your business.

Although the EPOS system has been installed for nearly 5 years now, I have been using the solution supported by ASG as part of my role as Club Secretary at the Royal Naval Association in Gosport, in my line of work EPOS systems are my bread and butter, not being familiar with the ICR Touch solution I have used the support of ASG quite heavily and sometimes requested some very challenging questions which have been responded to very quickly and very professionally.

In my opinion if you are looking for a company that can not only provide a solution but fully support the solution they installed then look no further that ASG EPOS, nothing is too much trouble for them.
