Its about 2 years since I have joined Mind Angels senior mobility group which addressed my arthritic joint pains. The gentle pace of the exercises and Qi Gong sessions have greatly improved my flexibility,balance and mobility. I look forward to these weekly classes.
The friendly group, the gentle exercises and the calm instructions by Andrew is a pleasurable morning.

Mind Angels is run by 2 caring people, Andrew & Janet. It's a gentle exercise class with a mixed age group and abilities. You're given professional advice on the mobilty and Qigong exercises by Andrew. You do things at your own pace and capability. It's a great place to meet new people. Everyone is welcoming and friendly.

Both Andrew and Janet from Mind Angles are very professional and passionate in delivering the training. They are friendly, dedicated, caring and try their best level best to accommodate everyone needs. The training are just the right level for people in the age bracket. The purpose and benefit of each movement is well explained. It is also a place to meet and share ideas with other participants socially. I look forward to the training every Tuesday. Both the mobility and chi gong sessions have helped me become more supple and stronger and has been beneficial for my balance.
