"REALLY bad customer service"

Delivery was not satisfactory and the company were extremely unhelpful. Do not use this company as the after sales customer service is REALLY bad. My order was badly damaged and had to be binned and only 10% refund was given, I have lost a lot of money. Further action will be taken. It appears that customer satisfaction is not important

Sent item back in warranty period. They refused to fix it. Sent it back to me broken and are refusing to give me a refund. Awful company.

We purchased a oil radiator in January, when received it didn't work. Upon contacting them, we were asked to send the item back to them (via Evri). Now 21st March 2024, heard absolutely nothing.
Please do not purchased from these thieves, disgusting behavior. 😡🤬🤬🤬
