"This is the second review I have made…"

This is the second review I have made for this company, Angara. If you are able to read my first, it will make this statement much better understood.

I have dealt with two different, Wonderful people in their Customer Service Department (and I DO mean Real Customer Service!). First was Trish Parakh and the second would be the Head of the Department, Barbara Stein. After an excruciatingly horrible ordeal, brought on by an unreceived email and a misunderstanding, these two ladies have gone so far beyond normal customer satisfaction, I consider it to be almost a Christmas miracle. They are exemplary employees who so obviously take their jobs to heart but, they are even better human beings. Because of these two incredible ladies, I have gone from VERY dissatisfied, demanding a refund to a life long, confirmed customer with pleasure and gratitude.

I strongly recommend this company, Angara, not just because they possess some of the most beautiful jewels I have ever seen and purchased but, you can feel secure in the knowledge this company and their excellent employees will do whatever is possible to insure your COMPLETE SATISFACTION! They show a dedication to their customers reminiscent of America 50-60 years ago when honesty, honor and actual customer satisfaction was the emphasis, not the amount of profit. Thank you Angara, Trish and Barbara for making my family's Christmas wonderful.

Very good customer service I originally got the ring size wrong super easy to get it resolved. Highly recommended

"Customer service at the highest level"

I had to have the ring resized as we ordered the wrong size. I don't recommend using paper or the tape measure method, that's how we ordered the wrong size. Better to get your size measured correctly.

The ring was returned to Angara for resizing in Australia on 5th December and we had the ring returned by 10th December. It was engraved too.

Fast efficient service and the ring was packaged beautifully.
