A great team and fantastic overall experience for setting up EV charger. Natalie was impeccably responsive and reliable. Tony came twice, once for the site visit and the other to help us make sure the charger worked as it took a bit of fuss to setup but Tony was thorough throughout and made sure we know what we are getting and is up to a high standard. Jon the electrician did an incredible job running the cable through our staircase, along the skirt line, with a neat looking and perfectly fitted cover, through the front wall and the charger was fitted perfectly beside our front door. Brilliant service and an excellent team. Would undoubtedly recommend.

I phoned AC1 to get information regarding an EICR Certificate and spoke to Natalie. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, answered all my questions, explained what would happen and arranged the inspection appointment.
Rob, the engineer, arrived promptly on the day. He explained how he was going to carry out the inspection. Throughout the time he was friendly, courteous and professional. Rob is clearly highly skilled and competent. I would highly recommend AC1 as everything went without a hitch. Could not ask for more. Thank you both very much. Beryl - East London

"Poor knowledge of callout electrician"

Really poor experience with these people. Electrician came and identified a problem (after awhile, he nearly left without finding the major flaw), clearly told me that AC1 would order in the necessary part and fit it and that I would be called the next morning to arrange. Of course I wasn't, I tried them multiple times and kept being told the supervisor would call me back (they didn't). After the weekend I tried again, finally got the call back to say the service wasn't something they did. Really infuriating. I lost four days in which I could have had my hot water restored. I do not recommend.
