I cannot thank and recommend Terry enough. Despite a couple of attempts as rescuing my back ups with Apple , no avail. I was facing losing 10 years of photos and memories from my laptop and iPhone. From the first call I was reassured that theyd all be there somewhere and that he could help. He kept me up to date with the progress, charges were upfront, and surprisingly less than I thought . The after service was fantastic too, and I know I now have a solution and I shouldn’t get into the same situation again. Oh and he found and saved 80,000 photos, plus my contacts .
