Purchased a couple of the larger beds for my Great Danes. I had an immediate query that was quickly answered by Robert on the phone and followed up by Linda on email. The products are fantastic and sold by 2 lovely people. Very pleased to have done business with Taylor and Tails. Would recommend.

I must confess to not having come across this company before. My loss as the whole experience and the bed itself, have been brilliant.
I ordered the bed late on a Sunday night and it arrived on the Tuesday afternoon. Amazon etc eat your hearts out!!
Taylor & Tails is a fabulous, independent, small company run by real people who care about providing ethically produced, environmentally-friendly high quality goods.
I'm very pleased with our "Judy" dog mattress, our Labrador is even more so! Excellent quality, well made and so much better than anything you'd buy on the high street. The fabrics used are all in very tasteful designs too.
I have no hesitation in recommending Taylor & Tails and will buy from them again [when we've chosen a new puppy and after he/she has progressed beyond the chewing stage!!]

I really can’t say enough good things about Taylor & Tails, what a fantastic purchasing experience.

I recently ordered one of the Stubby Nest dog beds, very soon after my transaction was processed Linda contacted me to advise that unfortunately stock hadn’t been updated on the site and they were in fact out of stock in the small size that I wanted.

Being the wonderful independent business that they are she offered me 25% off my bed and an extra cushion cover as a sweetener until they could get a bed to me. Linda advised that they would try their best to get it to me as soon as possible but it could be up to two weeks.

I think it was the next day that Linda contacted me to advise that they had managed to source me a bed and it would be dispatched that same day, it arrived safely about a day later and wow wee what a stunning bed it is, so nice that I have removed the plastic protective wrapping yet as I want my Duke to get a groomers app first!!! The quality and look of the bed is truly beautiful. I am only sorry that I didn’t find out about this wonderful business before now!

My experience from start to finish was amazing, the service and communication outstanding and the reason why I love supporting small businesses. :-)
