I contacted payl8r to help change my payment date to a sooner date and within 2 min I had it sorted and I really appreciate it that they come thru always
During bank holiday I was due to pay and my money had not come thur so had missed payment and had to contact them to explain and they were understanding and put the date abit back for me so overall the team is great I am never worried . Thank you Team

Whilst I am pleased with payl8r, as in always getting reminders when Bill is due, I am really disappointed with the fact I can't update card details and I can't pay off balance in full it seems, and trying to contact them by email or phone is an absolute nightmare
