I have been a customer at John Pass jewellers for the last six years. They have handled the servicing of my watches and more recently I have been in the position to add to my collection of watches. No matter what I have visited this store for, I have always been made to feel extremely welcome and valued. As a customer, you can look forward to being greeted by a friendly security guy at the door who makes your presence known to the staff in the store where you can be received. Regardless of my purchase or service required, I am always treated to great coffee or a glass of something stronger and a selection of biscuits. I have had interactions with every member of staff in there, and they are all extremely diligent, polite and friendly. They go out of their way to make the whole experience as enjoyable as possible. They are also extremely knowledgeable and clearly enjoy doing what they do. I cannot fault any aspect of my experience with John Pass jewellers. If there were a sixth star available to use on the review, then I would have used it. A superb dealership.

I had started to use John pass as I wanted a nice watch I went in smart on my day of from work spent £480 on a TISSOT watch + £40 on a pair of earrings service was really good a young man served me I was offered coffee and a seat,I went in 2 months later dropped of an earrings 2 b repaired,on COLLECTION,I stood at counter was ignored by the man on the computer/ till,women came out from the back into the shop area,and a guy working in the back glanced up in my direction,not ONE of these members of staff acknowledged me,few minutes later an older couple entered the shop the guy on computer looked up beaming smile can I get u a glass of bubbly tea coffee,please take a seat,the expression on mu face must of spoke volumes,o im sorry were you waiting to be served,WHAT IN GODS NAME WOULD I BE STANDING THERE FOR,!!!!!!!!, NOTE to self don't go in John pass wearing your work clothes.not 1 member of staff but the whole damn lot of them ignored me completely,it really upset me as I had spent a lot of money in there shop,t b made to feel invisible,awful shop if I'd not been collecting my earring I would of walked out,ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

Sadly I cannot recommend John Pass.
As a seasoned watch collector I visited John Pass in NUL primarily to enquire about an Omega watch. However, while I was there, and being fully aware of the current supply issues with Rolex watches I enquired about a Rolex also, just to see what answer I would get.
The young man who served me gave me a textbook answer regarding the Rolex, that I would need to ‘build a relationship’ with the store, i.e. buy more watches, before even being considered for a Rolex waitlist - so far, so predictable, and not a problem as I was never planning to buy another Rolex!
However, the cause of my concern and the reason for this review is that he then made similar claims regarding the Omega. I was told that they didn’t have that model, that it was in short supply, and that were I to express an interest, I would have to wait in line behind other ‘established’ customers who would take priority, Again, the clear implication being that I would need to spend more money with the business before being permitted to purchase my watch of choice. He said all this without consulting a colleague, a computer, or picking up the phone; so how he knew about the current availability of this particular model in such detail I really don’t know.
All of this is interesting, given the model I was enquiring about is not limited in supply, and in fact on that very day was available to purchase online from any number of reputable jewellers.
I have been collecting watches for over ten years. Here was an opportunity for a business to secure a new client who would most likely have spent a great deal of money with them over the coming years. Sadly, this will not be the case and I will not be returning to the store.

"John Pass, impeccable service"
When making a purchase of value, you expect a certain level of customer service. However, Lisa from John Pass has continued to exceed this expectation time and again. I have been treated as a valued customer and treated with respect which is sadly missing in many aspects of retail these days where we are made to feel as though we are the ones who should be grateful for receiving goods. Cannot recommend Lisa or John Pass enough, here is hoping we continue with a long and fruitful relationship.
