DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. My mum kindly wanted to surprise me with a birthday cake she ordered from abroad. The cake was never delivered to me, they said they’d left it in the building but had zero responsibility for it to get to the right address?!!! The woman was then disgustingly rude, sassy and basically told me screw you. i’ve also had their cakes before and they are really bang average. SPARE YOUR MONEY because there’s a good chance you’re not getting your cake and theyre just going to tell you tought luck.

Beautiful cupcakes arrived in excellent condition and tasted great, living outside of London I wanted lolas cupcakes but they didn't deliver so I'm glad I found candys cupcakes which have way more choice, I'll be ordering in the future.

Paid for next day delivery. Arrived 5 days later. Asked for a refund and nothing. When cupcakes arrived, only has 2 days left on best before date. Will not order from again.

Do not order from here. Absolutely appalled. I ordered photo upload cupcakes for a special birthday. What was delivered was cupcakes - no photo upload just sprinkles. Very expensive cupcakes which would've been easier and nicer if I ordered them from Greggs!!. Go to your nearest supermarket for a photo upload cake - cheaper, easier, tastes just as nice and you know you will have what you are paying for.

Update from the response Candy's Cupcakes provided;
I went through a legitimate company (Yumbles) to order the cupcakes. There should be no error in the order requirements if you have an agreement to work with third parties. No offer of monetary compensation was made. Only if I was to order from Candy's Cupcakes again (not likely after the first order was incorrect) I would receive some free gifts in a way of apologies.
