I continue to use a4c after many years for buying Apple Watches and other genuine accessories. This time, I was sent a defective Apple AirPods Pro unit. However, I saw the defect as covered under Apple's own quality program and was able to get the unit exchanged. However, it is a negative that a4c sent out the defective unit in the first place (i.e. it easily passed their quality "checks"). Plus the hassle of having to do this in the first place. In any case, the products are genuine and a very good discount. Generally pleased with the purchase.
