I have been buying stuff from A4C for many years now. I have not had any issue with their products till my last order. I contacted customer care over email and explained my exact issue and they immediately sent me a return label and I got my refund promptly. That is what I expect an online retailer to be. A perfect balance of price, service and support.

Fast service. My replacement samsung case works as advertised. I would've hated to have to buy a new set of earbuds just for a case.

Wrong description was posted on item description. Ended up receiving an item that was not what I believed that I purchased. Talked to A4C customer service, didn't take that wrong description on website seriously and simply throw a return option. I feel like I wasted my time while I'm not getting anything out of this purchase. Very unprofessional and highly disappointed purchase
