My order was processed fast and shipping was good. I would purchase from again.

I ordered a Smartthings GPS Tracker from A4C using a promo code for a NEW unit. I got mine in the mail and it was obvious that it was an open box item based on the opening flap being torn and the sticker to seal it was re-positioned from the original placement. I emailed them asking for a unit that was a new in box package but customer service told me they are not doing exchanges and only giving refunds.

So I asked for a refund and re-ordered it thinking maybe the first time was a fluke but it looks like the second one they sent me has the same issues! I think it's really scummy for them to advertise that these are new. FYI, they sell open box of this item but nowhere does it say that ordering this with the promo code is for open box units.
