Great company to work with only negatives are time for deliveries, usually 10-14 days and if you qualify for a refund, nonworking item, you only get 90% of the price credited to your credit card.

"Purchase of refurbished items"

Purchased 2 refurbished items the first one looked to be brand new the second one not so much, but I have to say that A4C did not hesitate to send me a prepaid shipping label and the refund was issued very fast. I will most certainly do business with A4C again in the future.

"Slow to respond, but they will"

Have asked for product support for two days without a response. Not sure why they don't list a phone number, but that makes me suspicious in and of itself. Product failed after two weeks and want to return but cannot get ahold of anyone in the company.

UPDATE: Company responded via email and made good on the item. Little slow in the response, but they did the right thing in the long run.

Shipping package was fine, but product packaging inside was damaged. No damage to product. Other than that everything was great
