This product is fantastic! I didn't even realize my headaches had stopped until weeks later (when I had a hormonal headache). Then it occurred to me that I hadn't had one in weeks! (and they were happening every night.)
My only critique is the application to the phone cases - it's permanent. And since we are due to replace our phones soon, we didn't want to do that. We improvised, but one of the Lifetunes is already lost.
On the super plus side, the company reached out to make sure that everything was working well for us. When I told her that one was lost, she is replacing it! Totally unexpected and totally appreciated! I can't recommend this product and this company enough!

Until I put the emp sticker on my phone I was experiencing jittery and nervous feelings. I believe the seizures I had were caused by the phone. They stopped after the lifetune sticker was on.

Customer service was 10 out of 10. I was emailed asking for feedback/review, not thinking anything of it I shared my experience which I normally don't do but that day I had few mins so I gave them my comedy of error experience (long of the short I ended up not being able to use it, my fault completely) but Madeline and the team responded and were fantastic to deal with.

Honestly was skeptical. But man I gotta tell you from the moment I put it in and gave it like 10 minutes I feel incredible. Mind blown. Highly recommend. I hope whoever reads this can trust me when I say don’t worry about any negative review about the product itself because it sure does work, no doubt.

I got my Flex and ended up cancelling my 3 pack of Ones due to an extended wait and was dissatisfied. That being said, I love my Flex and today, a very helpful and kind customer service representative canceled my other order of the Ones and refunded my money. Thank you to the person who helped me!

I don’t even know what to say, Other than this company is just amazing!! They reached out to me to ask me how my devices were working. I had the lifetune and the flex. I had seen a significant improvement in sleep and calmness. But I ended up losing my flex. I was wearing it as a necklace, and I have absolutely no idea where it went, being a full-time caregiver, I am on the move constantly. I let them know that I lost it but it had been helpful. Unbelievably, they said they would send me a new one. I don’t even know how to thank them. This was just amazing Gift.
