I ordered name and number tags for my husband arrows last week . There was a note saying they wouldn't be done till the 3rd Oct. I wasn't in any hurry and I am so pleased I was happy to wait. The labels are correct and very clear. Well worth buying and now I have found this seller I will happy purchase from him again tin the future.

I've now ordered twice from KG Archery. In the first time, Neil was absolutely fantastic, he helped guide me through buying my first flatbow and set of arrows and received my equipment within 2 days of purchasing it.
Then I ordered a beginner bow, arrows and a sight for my wife who has recently taken up the sport and once again, order was confirmed on Friday and was with us by Monday. Had nothing but great service from KG archery.

What an incredible experience. I drove quite a way to visit KG Archery to get some new limbs and arrows. I can only say I was absolutely blown away with the customer service and attention to detail of the chap I spoke to (didn’t catch his name).
Bought a lovely pair of limbs, new arrows and a basic field bow, all of which I am over the moon with.

"Customer service beyond expectation"
I travelled quite a distance to visit KG Archery, seeking advice on whether my equipment would be OK to shoot after a 'sabbatical' of 25 years. Neill gave me a huge amount of his time looking it all over, and even got me shooting a few ends on their range to see how I was handling the weight of the limbs. I told them I was prepared to buy new arrows at the very least, but Neill's bottom line was "shoot them until you've broken too many, and THEN buy some new ones". He also suggested a price bracket that was much lower than I was prepared to pay, which I think you'd have to call honest advice!
I did go away with a new tab, arrow puller and equipment case, so Neill's time wasn't for nothing! But most important of all, I left with a warm glow of excellent customer service, and beyond a doubt I'll be back as soon as I need the next bit of kit.

I’ve used one of their main U.K. competitors, merlin archery, quite a lot. Merlin have more stock and a bigger, shinier website, however, all that glitters…
Kg are a great outfit, with knowledgeable, helpful staff. Adrian is particularly good. Won’t try and sell you something unsuitable and won’t go straight to the upper end items. What you’ll get is good advice, as much time as required to get what you need, plenty of time to tune and get used to a purchase, with some very helpful coaching. I’ve also had a good experience ordering from them online. On one occasion, an item wasn’t available within the stated timeframe. They promptly contacted me, asked if I was happy to wait and, if not, offered refund. Merlin, by comparison, sell items with a claimed lead time of 7 days. When you ask where they are 20 days later, because they certainly don’t have the courtesy or professionalism to let you know, they just lie
