There was a minor omission (two "strengtheners") missing, otherwise I would have given full marks; the omission corrected after a telephone call. The delivery was prompt, the parts were well made and fitted together well. I purchased some post caps from Amazon to finish the two raised beds I bought as the posts had some porosity and water + frost might have been a future problem. It made them look better too so it could be something for NBB to think about producing themselves; I sent a photo to NBB.
Since I have filled the beds with compost I noticed that the longer one leans outward at the intermediate posts. A transverse strengthening bar at this point when beds exceed 300mm in height would prevent this.

You provide an excellent service. Although the message from you was to expect delivery in 4 to 6 weeks it actually arrived within 1 week!
The quality of the product appears excellent as I constructed the boxes.

"bad design of picnic table"

We ordered a picnic table from you. When it arrived the top dipped in the corners by an inch in the corners from the middle, even after being put together, (see pictures). We were offered a payment allowance of 10%, but on same day there was a general circular from you offering 5% off the table on new orders, which meant you were only giving us 5%. I therefore took up the offer of a replacement top, but you wanted the old one back first. this was impractical as we needed the table as part of our belated Jubilee celebrations this weekend. It was agreed that you would send the replacement top this week when it was ready. In fact it arrived the same day last week. The replacement top was fitted. when it was on the pallet it was flat, fitted on the table bottom it still lags in the corners. The outer edge supports underneath are not sufficiently strong to hold the top straight. We still want to buy some benches for our tennis courts, but I am not confident about ordering from you. This is grant money from our local council, I have not yet informed them that we are not happy.
