"THEY DON'T DO RETURNS"

We bought a bumble bee car seat for a particular job but when we opened it ( UNUSED) we figured it wouldn't work for us. After reading through the returns policy we decided we would forgo the cost of returns and send it back, they sent it back to us with a letter saying...THIS COMPANY STATED THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AFTER THE PRODUCT IS OPENED, well why the hell would you buy it otherwise - as a mistake and then cost yourself another €10 to return it ..for the laugh. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE ON THERE BEHALF , will trustpilot and never buy again.

I have over 500 points saved but when I tried to use some of these points I found I had to have an order exceeding €64 to avail of them.
This makes a joke of saving points. The average customer won't be making an order of this size.
I will no longer be sending any more orders to this Pharmacy.
