Great products and customer service (for the most part), but they have gotten several orders wrong. Great with returns and remedying mistakes, but if you need something right away its not gonna happen. It usually takes an extra 2 weeks to get the right product once you let them know of a mistake.

Our company has been satisfied with Dee Sign's customer service and products. We are a fairly new office trying to decide which company will be our primary sign vendor and the only reason we haven't definitely chose Dee Sign is because there's not a dedicated point of contact for us. I think it's important to have a relationship with vendors so this is discouraging. If this isn't of importance to other customers, then I have no other apprehension recommending Dee Sign.

I have been a steady customer for years. Why, price. I find it is easier to call directly and place an order. This guarantees any promo codes are enters at the time of the order. This not always the case with internet orders. Humans process the internet orders and I experience they drop the promo code.
