This is one of the best mats I have used. I use it mostly for hiit classes and it is great. My knees are not red raw after like some mats I have used. Amazing for any type of exercise I was worried to start with due to how thin the mat is however it exceeded expectations! If you are looking for a lightweight mat that does the job of a 3X thickness mat. Look no further !
