Great help,once my mother got used to me calling three times a day she took her medication,would definitely recommend and in future If need be will use again.

"Fabulous service"

Fabulous service, has improved quality of life for my client - improving their self worth.
Care calls hopefully temporary with a view to client regaining her independence around medication. Has had such a positive impact on her life - would recommend to anyone who has concerns.

"Initiating the set up of the service"

I have only helped with initiating to set up the service. I can confirm that it's easy to set up, the staff in call centre is responsive and understood well the complexity of client's situation.

"This is a really good system"

This is a really good system. My 97 year old mother liked hearing my voice on the recording which I made for each day of the week so I could also tell Mum what day it was on the call. Important to ensure she got the right tablets from the blister box. I liked the idea that if she misses the call I receive the prompt. Care company were very interested in this system too.

"Highly reccomend"

I work for Adult Health and Care team-
We use CareCalls all the time for our service users, particularly those that have trouble remembering medication. I have recently set up call reminders twice daily which has reduced her need for paying for carers on-going.
I like that if there is no answer from the service user or any concerns then a text message is sent to family member/emergency contact to inform them.
It takes about 5 minutes to set up and starts immediately which is great for high demand response services. You will receive emails to check up on your referrals/service users and you can contact them to change info etc whenever.

"Highly recommended"

I have used Carecalls for many of my service users for variety of things, including medication reminders/prompts and prompting drinks throughout the day. This service is brilliant, it allows people to still be very independent and just helps to remind them to do certain tasks.
